🚨 MONDAY MADNESS at FIT happens cardio! 🚨

We kicked off the day with Cardio Drumming at 9:30 AM and came back tonight for another amazing Cardio Drumming class at 5:30 PM!

The energy was incredible, the music was pumping, and everyone brought their A-game today. 💪🥁 From morning to evening, we kept the beats going and the calories burning!
