We’re officially heading to the Azores, Portugal, representing the New Jersey Chiefs on an international stage. Proud of their dedication, resilience, and team spirit—let’s go show the world what we’re made of!

Local squad among 32 teams participating in children’s soccer tournament in the Azores 32 teams to take part in the International Football Tournament Azores U11 organized by Clube União Micaelense of São Miguel, including one from R.I.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to collect and donate gear for the team in Praia, Cabo Verde. Thanks to everyone who contributed—we hope these items make a difference and bring joy to the players. It’s an honor to support the game we all love! ⚽️❤️

Antes de darmos início à 17ª edição do "International Football Tournament" do Clube União Micaelense, já conseguimos sentir a força da generosidade e do espírito de solidariedade das pessoas que se envolvem neste evento, graças ao forte empenho do Sr. Lily Bieling, e do Sr. Arsénio Sampaio.

A 16ª edição foi, sem dúvida, a melhor até agora (por ser a última edição, e cada edição tem sido melhor), marcada por experiências incríveis e momentos inesquecíveis. Mas, como em todo grande torneio, novas oportunidades surgem, esta edição promete superar todas as anteriores de maneira surpreendente.

Neste momento, queremos expressar a nossa mais sincera gratidão aos pais, encarregados de educação, amigos e todos os simpatizantes da equipa de Malton SC dos EUA, nossa adversária na fase de grupos. A história da nossa equipa chegou até eles através do Sr. Arsénio Sampaio Furtado, e, com um gesto nobre, eles não hesitaram em organizar uma campanha solidária. A iniciativa visa angariar conjuntos de materiais desportivos e outros recursos para enviar a Cabo Verde, com o objetivo de apoiar a nossa equipa e as nossas crianças.

É deveras gratificante saber que ainda existem pessoas que se preocupam genuinamente com o bem-estar dos outros. Este é o verdadeiro espírito do desporto, unir, ajudar e fazer a diferença na vida de quem mais precisa.
