Ready to work hard, build your skills, and prepare for an amazing season? Whether you’re a returning cheerleader or interested in joining the team, our Cheer Conditioning Flex Dates are the perfect opportunity to get involved!

📅 Mondays & Wednesdays
🗓️ July 13th – July 29th
⏰ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Come improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, and cheer fundamentals while meeting teammates and having fun!

✅ What to Bring:
💧 Plenty of water
👟 Athletic clothing and tennis shoes
💪 A positive attitude and a willingness to work hard!

No experience? No problem! If you’ve been thinking about cheerleading, this is a great chance to see what it’s’s all about.

We can’t wait to see our returning Blue Devils and welcome new faces to the squad!

after FREE sports physicals on June 4th, we will begin Cheer Conditioning Flex Dates!
Conditioning Dates:

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Come ready to condition, build strength, learn teamwork, and see if cheerleading is the right fit for you!
