There is still a month left to sign up for Coal Rush Practice teams.
Join us for about a 22 week season, where you will learn the fundamentals of volleyball in detail. From passing to hitting to serving. Build your confidence on and off the court. Here at Coal Rush we don’t just go through the motions. We break down the skills needed to be a great player. We will do strength training pyrometric workouts to help build things like arm strength and vertical.
This is a rec level club for those who are looking to build or just have fun playing the game of volleyball. All skill levels are welcome. Practice teams are open to ages 6-17.

Is your daughter beginning to play volleyball or has she played and wants to build her skills?
Coal Rush is offering a practice team season for the second year in a row! This is great for young girls who want to build further on the fundamentals of the game. Practice teams are open from ages 7-17! All skill levels welcome. This is a roughly 22 week season where we break down the game of volleyball at a rec level pace, but build on topics that aren’t always taught in rec.
