🏴‍☠️ A STRONG SUNDAY FOR THE JR. PIRATES! 🥎

The Pattonville Jr. Pirates finished the day 1–0–1, battling Parkway West to a 6–6 tie before earning a 10–7 victory over Lindbergh! The Jr. Pirates are now 3-1-1 on the season.

• Jemma and Adiya collected two hits apiece
• Adiya drove in two runs
• The Pirates rallied to tie the game in the fourth

💚 Game 2 highlights
• Faith S. went 2-for-2
• Charley delivered an RBI triple
• Hayden earned the win in the circle
• The Pirates scored 10 runs and stole 19 bases

Sunday totals: 16 runs and 29 stolen bases!

Great fight, energy, and teamwork from the entire group. The Pirates return home Friday to face the Hornets!

Courtnei Tucker #7

Every team needs athletes who are ready to step into the moment, compete with confidence, and set the tone for everyone around them.

For our final spotlight, we’re proud to introduce Courtnei Tucker ( #7)!

A sixth-grade Class of 2033 student in the Ferguson-Florissant School District, Courtnei brings versatility and athleticism to the field as a Pitcher and Second Baseman.

Currently playing with STL Velo, Courtnei continues developing her game in the circle while also building her skills in the middle infield. Her ability to contribute in two important defensive roles gives her multiple ways to help her team succeed.

Known as “The Tone Setter,” Courtnei brings confidence and energy whenever she steps onto the field. Whether she’s delivering a pitch, making a play at second, or swinging the bat, she is ready to compete and make an impact.

Courtnei’s versatility, confidence, and willingness to take on important roles embody what it means to be a Jr. Pirate. We’re excited to welcome Courtnei and her family to the 2026 Pattonville Jr. Pirates and can’t wait to watch her continue to grow this season.

With Courtnei’s introduction, all 15 members of the 2026 Jr. Pirates have officially been welcomed to the family!

Charley Pont #20

Every new season is an opportunity to sharpen your skills, embrace new challenges, and discover another way to help your team.

Today, we’re proud to introduce Charley Pont ( #20)!

A Class of 2033 student in the Pattonville School District, Charley has been playing softball for three seasons. After discovering an interest in pitching, she has spent the last two seasons developing in the circle.

Charley recently joined the Missouri Fury, beginning an exciting new chapter in her softball journey. In addition to continuing her growth as a pitcher, she is interested in learning Third Base and expanding the ways she can contribute defensively.

Known as “The Edge,” Charley brings a quiet determination and a willingness to keep learning. Whether she’s developing a new pitch, working on her command, or preparing to take on another position, she approaches each opportunity as another step forward.

Charley’s willingness to learn, challenge herself, and continue building her game embodies what it means to be a Jr. Pirate. We’re excited to welcome Charley and her family to the 2026 Pattonville Jr. Pirates and can’t wait to watch her grow this season.
