Friendship is an opportunity to act on God’s behalf in the lives of the people that we are close to, to remind each other what God is.

🌟 Yogi of the Month: Anita Lin 🌟
Anita has been part of Alchemy Flow for 3 years, with a personal yoga practice that began back in college.
With a naturally athletic background, she was searching for a form of movement that felt nourishing rather than intense.
She shared:
“The first time I tried yoga, it helped me calm down. I wasn’t interested in high-intensity sports—I wanted something that makes my body feel good.”
For Anita, yoga is about longevity and vitality:
“It’s important that it keeps me feeling young inside. In Chinese culture, we say: ‘One inch longer tendons, ten years longer life.’”
A beautiful reflection of yoga’s teaching—when we expand our energy, we expand our life.
Anita is a busy mother of three, a dedicated volunteer at her son’s school, helps run the family restaurant Lemongrass, and manages her own in-home bakery.
Through it all, yoga remains her sacred pause—her time to reconnect, reset, and return to herself.
We love seeing you show up to classes, Anita—and getting this inside peek into why it’s so important when you do makes it even more meaningful. 💛
