Its that time of year again!

Good afternoon everyone! I hope everyone is ready to get back in the room and train. Monday kicks off preseason and here's our schedule:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday:
Morning practices 6am-715am
Afternoon practices 4pm-530pm
Friday- will be on a week by week bases and stated by Tuesday practice whether there will be practice available on Friday or not.
I can't wait to see everyone! Spread the word!

Good morning all! Just a few things to put out today!
1) Parking Fundraiser - Saturday morning shift is full we still need 4 wrestlers and 1 more adult to fill out Saturday afternoon shift. Sunday is still open as well for both shifts.
*Many wrestlers still have not signed up yet or have gotten with me to put them down on the schedule. Here is a list of those to get with for to let them know: JP Deyea, Tristan Fowler, Octavio Naverro Jose, Brody Sanders, Colton Griffin, Eli Kirby, Ethan Holms, Brandon Newman, Brody Paumen, Matthew Small, Jason Davis, Cole Bagwell, Zayne Walker and Gabriel Williams.
* Middle school wrestlers and parents! We could use your assistance on this as well. Please donate some time, this will probably be an easy Fundraiser with great results. Sign up on the sheet below or get with Coach Rob.

2) Today: open mat at 5pm-6pm followed by parent Fundraiser meeting at 630pm.

3) For those headed to South East Regionals- please drive safe, make weight and text me when you have arrived at your hotel.

Good afternoon Outlaws! As we start the week here is look at what we got going on:
Monday: Practice at 5:30pm
Tuesday: 6pm Open mat
Wednesday: Practice at 530pm
Thursday: 6pm Open mat
Friday: off
Saturday: Cleveland tournament
We still need Volunteers for our Tournament on April 12th. Please get with coach Rob if you're interested or are able to. What's needed:
1) Persons to attend the coaches room along with food items for the coaches room.
2) Table workers - at least 20 people to be score keepers/bobbers for the event

Afternoon Outlaws! Please go on Trackwrestling.com for the upcoming IRONMAN TOURNAMENT registration/flyer at Heritage on April 12th. This is a 3 in 1 tournament that includes Freestyle, Greco-Roman and Beach styles. Also it is an 8u-Junior age groups. Please see or get in contact with Coach Rob next week if you are willing to be a volunteer to help us host this amazing tournament. As always thank you everyone.

Dear Team,
As we gear up for the Ironman Tournament, we're calling on your support to make this event a success! Here's how you can help:

1. Table Workers:
We're looking for volunteers to assist at the scoring tables. Each table requires two workers, and we’ll have eight mats in total. To make sure no one is tied up all day, we’d love to organize at least two shifts.
2. Concession Stand Helpers:
This is a vital role, as the money raised directly supports our wrestling program. Ideally, we'd need four people per shift—one on the grill and three at the stand. Having two shifts would ensure smoother coverage.
3. Coaches and Referee Room Support:
We’re also seeking 2–4 parents to manage and set out food in the Coaches and Referee room, allowing them to take well-deserved breaks during the tournament.
4. Vendor Recommendations:
We currently have two vendors confirmed but would love to include more! If you have any vendor suggestions, please share their contact information with us. The only requirement is that vendors must be willing to contribute back to our wrestling club.

If you’re interested in volunteering or have vendor ideas, please let us know! Your time and effort play a crucial role in the tournament’s success and in supporting our club's mission.

Hey Hey everyone! Tomorrow is the day that we kick off our Freestyle/Greco season. With that in mind we just wanted to reiterate all the things:
1) Practice starts at 530pm and is on Monday's and Wednesday's
2) USA membership is needed for the season and can be purchased online at themat.com

4) Coaches are available for private lessons throughout the summer for various styles just speak with your coach of choice to work available days and times.

Its almost that time!

It's that time again! The great Pancake Breakfast at Aubrey's in Maryville. See your local Heritage Mountaineer or Heritage Outlaw Wrestler for tickets. Tickets can also be purchased at the Door. This year's Pancake Breakfast is this Saturday from 8am to 10am. We hope to see you there and are very thankful for your support! See everyone soon!

Heritage Outlaw WC starts our K-8 registration and Practice this week!!! Middle School (6th-8th) practice starts today at 4pm, K-5 starts their practice Tuesday at 6pm.
