Apologies for the delay in posting but we are not racing tomorrow may the 30th.

After some discussion we were able to adjust the scheduling around for the may race.
May 30th will be the next race.
The following classes will be ran.

✴️Stock appearance
✴️Adult box stock
✴️Youth box stock
✴️Champ box stock
✴️Heavy weights box stock (if enough driver's register)

We owe a big thank you to Tyler Farr and Welch performance for stepping up and helping us bring more clarity that would better suit everyone. Also I'd like to say thank you to Coty Ingram for offering up a lot of advice and input to help us continue to improve our knowledge and program. All three mentioned is helping take a little more stress out the whole equation. Thank you fellas!

AKRA | American Kart Racing Alliance | Road Racing and Dirt AKRA is a kart racing sanctioning body. AKRA insures tracks and events, promotes and provides rules and regulations for asphalt and dirt karting in the US.

January 17th (Weather permitting) The Bent Penny speedway will be hosting another race! Dress warm everyone.

💥Gates open at 9:30am. Everyone will be directed to the back field where grid will be.

💥Hot laps start at 10:30am and end at 12:30pm

💥We seen how much the Kid's enjoyed the last event so from 12:45pm-1:15pm we will host a kids RC race. THIS IS FOR KID'S ONLY. We will have a prize for the winner's. (Adults if you want to race any rc cars we will let you at the end of the event)

💥1:30pm the heat races will begin.
💥 $20 entry for adults. $10 for Kid's.

🚨RULES AND CLASS INFORMATION🚨
There will be 3 classes. We're trying to keep it as simple as possible until we have a solid rulebook for everything.

💥Driver's entry is $50 with 80% going back into the pot.
💥Top 3 positions pays out. Pot will be determined by driver's entry and any race sponsors that may come about.
💥Tire rules- SLICKS ONLY!

🚨 Class One and Two- Box stock and Youth box stock.
Both classes must be running a stock from the box 212 predator motor.
💥Youth classes will be limited to 12 years of age and younger.
💥There will be a "Buyout" rule enforced in the box stock classes. If you suspect someone of cheating and want to petition you can purchase the accused cheaters motor for $200. If you are accused of cheating and do not agree to sell your motor then all winnings will be forfeited.

🚨Class 3- Stock appearance small block.
💥No billet blocks- Cast only!
💥No billet heads- Cast only!
As time goes on we will adjust rules for this class but for now run what you brung within the stated rules!
