MONDAYS 4:30-5:30 pm Riverhead

Claire teaches both heated and non-heated Pilates with an emphasis on fun and form! Expect energetic playlists and exercises with buildable layers for all experience levels from beginners to seasoned students seeking higher intensity levels. Claire aims to inspire and encourage students to feel happy and confident in their bodies after each session!
