We’re excited to be timing the T-Gator Triathlon this Sunday, June 8th starting at 7:00 a.m. at the beautiful Sam Houston Jones State Park in Moss Bluff, Louisiana!

Athletes will swim, bike, and run their way through a stunning course — and we’ll be there every step of the way making sure your splits and final times are accurate and fast! 📟⏱️

🏃‍♂️🍀 Celebrating the Wearin' of the Green Shamrock 5K! 🍀🏃‍♀️

What an incredible day in Baton Rouge! On Sunday, March 16, 2025, runners and walkers alike donned their green attire and took to the streets for the 6th Annual Wearin' of the Green Shamrock 5K Run.

Originally scheduled for Saturday, the event was moved to Sunday due to weather concerns, but that didn't dampen the spirits of our participants. The race kicked off at 12:00 PM, leading participants through the final mile of the historic St. Patrick's Day Parade route.

A special shoutout to William Fell from Baton Rouge, who clinched the top spot with an impressive time of 17:21.0! But beyond the competition, it was the camaraderie, the sea of green, and the shared joy that made the day truly unforgettable.

After crossing the finish line, participants joined a lively post-race celebration behind Moreau Physical Therapy, featuring delicious food, refreshing beverages, and vibrant entertainment.

To everyone who participated, volunteered, or cheered from the sidelines—thank you for making this event a resounding success. Let's carry forward this spirit of community and celebration until we meet again next year!

🏃‍♂️🎉 What a Weekend at the Zydeco Marathon! 🎉🏃‍♀️

The streets of Lafayette were alive with energy this past weekend as runners from near and far came together for the Zydeco Marathon, Half Marathon, Relay, and 5K races on Saturday and Sunday, March 15th and 16th.

From the fast-paced 5K on Saturday to the endurance-testing half marathon, full marathon, and relay on Sunday, participants pushed their limits, embraced the challenge, and celebrated every mile with determination and joy.

👏 A huge congratulations to all the finishers—you crushed it! And let’s not forget the amazing spectators and volunteers whose energy and support kept the runners moving.

🎵 Of course, it wouldn’t be the Zydeco Marathon without the signature Cajun and Creole vibes, making the post-race celebration just as memorable as the run itself.

It's happening at 110 Polk Street, right by Legends Annex.

Whether you’re racing or cheering from the sidelines, it’s going to be an unforgettable event. Grab your friends, lace up those running shoes, and let’s make some memories! 🏅🍻

There's also a non-alcoholic division for all the kiddos under 21 that want to participate as well.

🏁🌟 What an incredible day at the SMHS PAC Gumbo Run 5K and 1-Mile Run in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! 🌶️👟

On Saturday, February 8th, the j community came together to enjoy a fantastic day of running, camaraderie, and, of course, some delicious gumbo! The atmosphere was filled with excitement as participants hit the pavement, all while supporting a great cause. 🎉

A huge shoutout to everyone who participated, volunteered, and cheered from the sidelines! Your energy and enthusiasm made this event unforgettable. Whether you were sprinting for a personal record or enjoying a leisurely stroll, you all contributed to the spirit of the day! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
