2. Set achievable and unachievable goals.
3. Develop a strong, measurable action plan.
4. Increase your knowledge about the goals you want to acheive.
5. Practice new behaviors in order to develop new skills and habits.
6. Surround yourself with people who share your values.
7. Ask for constructive criticism and feedback
8. Be flexible.
9. Get a life coach for ongoing structure, accountability and support.
10. Repeat the process for continued success.

Thank you to everyone who came to our first Monthly Wellness Seminar at The Hope All Day Recovery Center in Egg Harbor City, NJ. We learned and laughed a lot during our time together. I believe we started a life changing dialogue about how to promote personal wellness in your daily life within the 8 integrated dimensions of wellness. You got a chance to learn about new wellness products and resources that can help you along your journey.

The Hope All Day Foundation, Inc. and LayneChangers Life Coaching present The Hope All Day Family Support Group. This free peer-to-peer support group is open to relatives and friends of anyone struggling with or recovering from substance abuse and addiction. The meetings are facilitated by Christian Layne, BA, CADC, CHLC. Group members will be educated about the disease of addiction and encouraged to engage in a recovery process of their own, free from chronic enabling and emotional instability. Each member will have an opportunity to share their experience, strength and hope in a safe, supportive and loving environment. Families need recovery too. We're here to help you learn how to cope with this family disease. These meetings are already in service every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 6:00pm-8:00pm at The Hope All Day Recovery Center. 600 S. Odessa Avenue, Egg Harbor City, NJ. See you there. The Hope All Day Foundation and LayneChangers Life Coaching present "Came to Believe". A spirituality meeting focused on strengthening spirituality through the discussion and practice of universal spiritual principles. "Came to Believe" will be held every 1st and 3rd Sunday from 4:30pm-6:00pm at The Hop All Day Recovery Center. 600 S. Odessa Avenue, Egg Harbor City, NJ. Hosted by Christian Layne, BA, CADC, CHLC and other special guest speakers. People from all religions and backgrounds are welcome.
