Good evening everyone! We will be CLOSING our physical location Dec 31st. We will be operating through Instagram, parks, and events from here on out. I appreciate every single person who has taken the time to stop at our location. I have put so much effort into this space and I am grateful for the experience. After I teach I practice 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏼 You know you are a good teacher when you are always willing to learn. 🙏🏼 I find myself finally starting to get more hang time while I’m upside down 🙏🏼 however I had a very humbling experience falling on my face for the first time during crow pose today 😹 it’s all about balance. You just gotta get back up.
This is a reminder to check in with yourself and remember to always give your body enough rest when trying to reach new goals. 🙏🏼 I am feeling very grateful to all of you 💞 have a great day.
