Closing out our 2026 Spring Player Awards with Player of the Season and Supporters Player of the Season! 🏆⚽️🌺

Annalisa Vincent takes home Player of the Season! She’s a full-time starter, attacking threat, and she helped lead us to a regular season title and national tournament. She’s also a key player for the Guyana Women’s National Team. Is there anything she can’t do? 👏🇬🇾

Our Supporters Player of the Season goes to Allison Jones! She played every game this season, and hails straight from Henry County. A true Bloom through and through. You can find Allison playing at Truett McConnell this fall. We hope she has a great season! 🏡🐻

Starting off our 2026 Spring Player Awards with our Attacker, Defender, and Young Player of the Season awards! 🏆⚽️🌺

An attacking force on the wing, Annalisa Vincent earns the Attacker of the Season award with 5 key goals that helped clinch our regular season title & send us to nationals.

A wall in the back line and an ever-present starter, Madilyn Stark🦋⚡️🌸 anchored the defense all 15 games this season to earn Defender of the Season! 🧱

Finally, one to watch, Emory Pitts earns Young Player of the Season with 6 goals, an early diploma, and a commitment to Mizzou. We can’t wait to see what’s next! 🌟

What a season we’ve had with this group. We didn’t know where the season would take us, but we ended as Regular Season Champions, Georgia Conference Champions, Regional Champs, and qualifying for nationals. Making it to the national stage during our first ever season together is something we will always be proud of.

Geranium City FC was dreamed up in late 2025, and from there we just ran with it. We hosted winter training groups and open tryouts. Players from local colleges started to hear about us, and next thing you know we had the first Geranium City FC team.

Thank you to all the players who contributed to the team this season. Whether it was at training, scrimmages, games, you all helped shape what Geranium City has turned into. You showed up ready to play for the badge without a second thought and turned this team into the Geranium City family.

Thank you to our community and supporters who proved that women’s soccer, without a doubt, has a home in McDonough. You guys showed up to home and away games, regardless of the distance, and we’re extremely thankful for you all.

And lastly, thank you to our coaching staff. You guys dedicated everything to this team all summer, and it was proven on the field. You guys are the best in the business.

This season will always hold a special place in our hearts. It didn’t end the way we hoped, but we walked away with two trophies added to our shelf, and we’ll be back next season. There’s more to come from us. Up the Blooms! 🌺🫶🏼
