My birthday is today, and that just so happens to be the last day of my bulk. Off-season work is paying off 💪 Front double bicep showing the balance I’ve been building. Sacrificed some definition during the bulk, but I'm proud of the fullness and symmetry I’ve gained. Now it’s time to dial things in and cut back down.

Date night vibes 🇯🇵🍜
After a full week of training, this was the reset I didn’t know I needed. Ramen hit the spot — surprisingly protein-packed too — and the atmosphere felt like we were tucked away on a quiet street in Tokyo. Grateful for the little moments with my wife that help me recharge and refocus. We even went out for massages at a spa as well.
Now it’s back to the grind. Pushing hard for that next stage — NFF Men’s Classic Physique, October 👊

I forgot to share that when I went to go compete in the NFF Dallas Showdown, we got a gift bag from the organization. Amongst other things was this shaker bottle (Let's Get Serious For Jesus)
I think it's something cool that my Christian brothers and sister are out there everywhere, even at a bodybuilding show I competed at!

Yes, I look ridiculous.
No, I don’t care.
I like to test this stuff so that I haven't science but also anecdotal/experience based answers for when clients ask about different health and fitness techniques.
Nose strip to open the airways, mouth tape to force nasal breathing, and mushroom supplements so my immune system turns Super Saiyan in my sleep.
