McKinney Velo Club

Thank you, Bike Mart and McKinney Velo, for volunteering. We helped Wilmeth Elementary pull off a tremendously successful 9th Annual Bike Rodeo last night! Very appreciative to be part of an amazing event and give back to the McKinney biking community!

Kerrville and the Hill country is a very important place for our team and all its members. For many years we have visited this amazing area to ride bikes and enjoy friends. When the damaging floods impacted a place so important to us we wanted to help as much as we could. The members of Mckinney Velo raised $1720 for The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country.

The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country—a 501(c)(3) public charity based in Kerrville—will directly distribute funds to vetted local organizations providing rescue, relief, recovery services and flood assistance. The Fund will support impacted communities including Boerne, Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point and Comfort.
