Apparently, we were having too much fun to notice…

We may have missed our birthday by a few days, but in our defense, we’ve been busy opening packs, making deals, hosting trade nights, celebrating big pulls, helping fans find gear for their favorite teams, and building something pretty special.

One year ago, Hometown Hits opened its doors in Downtown McKinney with a simple goal: create a place where collectors, sports fans, families, and friends could come together around the things they love.

Since then, we’ve watched friendships form, collections grow, kids discover the hobby, fans proudly represent their teams, and a community come together around shared passions and hometown connections.

What started as a dream has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined.

To everyone who has supported us, visited the shop, joined a break, traded a card, found the perfect gift, picked up gear for game day, shared a story, or simply stopped by to say hello—thank you. You are the reason Hometown Hits is what it is today.

This first year has been incredible, and we’re grateful for every memory, every laugh, every trade, every conversation, and every relationship built along the way.

This first year has been amazing.

And we’re just getting started.

Here’s to Year Two.
