Hi Friends! Check out The Body Studio in Central Point, it’s a beautiful yoga studio and has an infrared sauna to use before or after classes included with the yoga class. They also offer wine yoga one night a week!! 😍. Hopefully I will be teaching privates and group classes there soon. Message me if you are interested. Hi All!! It’s been a long time since I’ve posted on this page. I’m still recovering from having my baby (Kody), but am hoping to start teaching again in the next month or two. Who’s ready to start practicing w/me again?!!! Some of you might even have some passes left. 😉😚

Yoga should be available to ALL! When we began we gave away a lot for free which is impractical but it felt so nice, and aligned more with my legacy. So here is our way around that. Classes by donation (suggested $5-$20). You can pre-register and ensure a spot in class ($12-$18 depending on class type) or you can drop into the studio without signing up ahead of time (no minimum donation required). No hidden fees. Just wellness. For ALL.
Because we care, a whole lot.
