Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu helps kids build strength, confidence, coordination, and discipline, all while having a blast with friends. Instead of spending summer on the couch, they’ll be learning new skills, staying active, and burning off that endless kid energy in a positive environment.

After a 15min straight shark tank and Justin got a promotion. Cody after 13years of bjj and 30+ years of wrestling, received his Brazilian JIU-JITSU black belt. Justin after almost 2 years of training received his blue. It was an honor to be apart of this event. To all that showed up, thank you for suporting these guys.

The new spring board mats are done and ready to use. I invite everyone to come out tonight at our 6pm class to give them a try. Big thanks to the killer ricebros team for helping me with the installation... I definitely didnt know what I was getting myself into.
