🇺🇸🏈 Happy Labor Day from the Tiger Touchdown Club! 🏈🇺🇸

Today is about recognizing hard work and there is A LOT of it behind Tiger Football.

To our players putting in the hours, our coaches giving their time and leadership, our parents and families juggling schedules, meals, rides, volunteering and everything in between, THANK YOU!

To our teachers, school staff, volunteers, community members, local businesses and Tiger supporters who continue to show up for these kids and this program, we appreciate you more than you know.

And to everyone in our Tiger community who gets up every day and works hard to provide for their families, serve others and make our communities stronger, today is for you. ❤️🤍💙

Enjoy the day, take a well-earned break, and know that your hard work matters.

We have some awesome football players taking part of this strong group of youth leaders! We are excited to see what is in our future!

Allow me to introduce you to the Student Activities Leadership Team (SALT) from Medford, MN! 👏

Part of my work with Medford is sharing ideas, challenging thinking and helping create momentum for positive change. Those visits impact the climate.

But the work between visits impacts the culture.

It happens when students step up, have conversations and turn ideas into action.

That’s what this group is doing.

M-SALT is becoming a driving force in creating a more positive culture and a better student experience at Medford High School.

I’m proud to walk alongside them and excited to see where their leadership takes them!

Tiger family, it’s time to rally around one of our own. 🐯🏈

After suffering a broken leg during our first game of the season, one of our football players and his mom have a long few weeks of recovery ahead of them.

We’ve set up a Meal Train for the Gonzalez family with meals every other day for the next month. If you’re able to sign up for a meal, grab some takeout, send a restaurant gift card, or help in any way through the Meal Train, it would be greatly appreciated.

It doesn’t have to be fancy. Sometimes simply knowing dinner is taken care of can make a difficult day a whole lot easier. ❤️

Let’s show this family what it means to be part of the Tiger community.

🏈 TEAM MEAL SHOUTOUT - WE NEED YOU! 🐯

A HUGE thank you to the Madrid, Jellum & Dobberstein families for kicking off our first team meal of the season! 🍝🤗

They treated the players to an awesome pasta bar with fruit, salads and desserts, followed by some football and other games. Good food, some fun, and time together as a team before game day. This is exactly what these nights are all about!

Now we need more families to help keep the tradition going throughout the season!

🍽 How Team Meals Work:
• Held the night before a game
• 1–3 families can team up to provide the meal
• It does NOT have to be hosted at your home. Meals can be held at the school!
• Families who take on a team meal will receive their FULL registration fee back

Grab another family or two and make a night of it! It doesn’t have to be fancy. The goal is simply to feed our boys, give them some time together, and send them into game day knowing their football families are behind them.

We still have team meal dates that need families, so please consider signing up!
