✅ Ketogenic diet (6 months): Reversed biological age by ~1 year per month
✅ Intermittent fasting (2 low-calorie days/week for 8 weeks): Metabolic age (mAge) dropped ~6.6 years
❌ Daily calorie restriction: No effect on aging, despite similar weight loss

The benefits likely go beyond cutting calories, involving ketones, lower inflammation, better mitochondrial function, and shifts in the gut microbiome.

More research is needed, but the potential is exciting!💡

🚨BREAKING: Steak ’n Shake went all-in on MAGA and MAHA — and customers are showing up.

The chain swapped the usual fast-food playbook for grass-fed, grass-finished burgers, fries cooked in beef tallow, cane-sugar cola, Wisconsin butter, and A2 whole milk. It even created a Chief MAHA Officer.

Same-store sales have been running double digits. Franchise locations have posted around 13% growth. The company says May alone was up more than 12%, beating other fast-food brands.

While other chains chase the same cheap ingredients, Steak ’n Shake bet that Americans would pay for food that actually tastes like food.
