FLEXIBILITY SHOUT OUT goes out to MICAH, for working so hard on her flying flexibility. We have been striving to improve our flyer flexibility as a gym and we love to see hard work pay off. Micah has been going to flyer classes as well as stretching at home and the hard work is paying off. The picture on the right is where she started exactly a month ago verses now on the left. We are so proud of this improvement! ❤️💙

We are so proud of our entire program this weekend at NOLA!

❤️Inferno with a hit zero their first day and a top two finish. Their progress this past month has been amazing and we are so proud.
💙Black Smack with two zero deduction amazing performances. They showed up and showed out with a close 2nd place finish.
❤️Warriors with a top 3 finish, making tremendous progress with their confidence and their routine. We are so proud of them.
💙Prodigy with an awesome two days. Their score went up 3 points on day two with a SOLID performance after facing some obstacles.
❤️Reign with two strong performance days. We are so proud of their hard work as they have built so much confidence through their performance and stunts.
💙Dynasty with an AMAZING day two hitting zero. They moved up two places and put on a show. We are so proud.
❤️Legacy with and awesome weekend, making some small adjustments to their routine to boost their score up on day 2! We are so proud of how far they have come in their routine overall.
💙Mayhem with an outstanding two days and a hit zero routine. These girls know how to put on a show and we are excited to continue to watch them grow.
❤️Mini Majors with an amazing weekend of performances and a hit zero routine. We are so proud of their improvement.
