Hello and Howdy y’all!! I taught a group class yesterday and one of the students request was a focus on pigeon pose and other hip openers….soooo a big thank you to my student for inspiring this video!

You won’t need much, just yourself, a mat/block, and a splash of water as we do warm the body very quickly in this flow.

Soooo I went a little hard on a solo dance party last night....there was hair whipping/splash of raging, child like flips around the house, and a whole lot of aching muscles as a result.

Another week screams for another video and that is exactly why I'm here!

Today's yoga flow is focused on "everything iliopsoas"; the iliopsoas is comprised of two large muscles: the psoas major and the iliacus.

For many of us, the use of these muscles have become unconscious, better yet, second nature after awakening these pulley like muscles during infancy when learning to sit and next, walk.

While muscle memory is of course great, conscious awareness of these muscles activities will soon allow you to deepen and transform many asanas.

Hello and Howdy y’all!! My body and mind have been in need of some BASIC TRAINING again. While its always pridefully pleasing to be willing and able to do more, my body was not going to allow it until I did my chores aka my good ol never failing Sun Salutations.

These flows not only open you up and allow you to recognize the beauty of you, your breath, and your body….but they also gift you with a quiet, resolving gratefulness for ALL LIFE.

Follow your breath like the waves do the ocean and enter into your own utopia of utter bliss!
