It’s hard to believe that I could go from the first picture to the second picture in just 36 workouts with birthday parties, holidays, cookouts, and whatever else life threw at me this summer! I seriously cannot believe how much better I feel! This has affected the amount of energy I have, how I feel about myself, and my overall health! I actually understand now why my mom and grandma use to get on to me when I slouched, after I started these workouts my posture got so much better... I stand straighter and walk taller now...pretty funny I think. “It’s so much more than just weight”! If you are struggling to lose weight, tone up and want to feel better too, let me know. I’d love to share with you what I’ve been doing. It’s so easy! If I can do it you can too!

So a little behind, have had quite a bit going on these last couple of weeks but trying to get caught back up. Making pretty good progress. Sweaty and tired.
So unfortunately the weekend is almost over :-( Everyone knows life happens, last week was not a good week for me and I fell off, but got myself back in check and realized that no matter how bad things get or may seem to be, you have to pick yourself back and up and go again. So yesterday I knocked out 2 days of workouts, today I intend to do 3 days....I can safely say I felt horrible not working out those few days, my body and mind felt worse. So for all of you that are following dont let things get in your way of making yourself better, your body knows what it wants and needs once you've shown it. I hope you all have a great upcoming week, I know I plan to!!!!💕
When was the last time you made a commitment to yourself? 🤔 Did you follow through with it?
Just about 3 weeks ago, I decided that I wanted to end summer stronger than I started it. That I wanted to leave 39 better than I began it.
20 days in and I've definitely made some pretty sweet progress!
I wanted to gain weight, tone and build muscle. As of this morning I am 2lbs up and up 2 inches over all in muscle even with a little slacking here and there and treating myself to a random snack such as a doughnut or a scoop of icecream.
I'll take it!
Now it's time to take it up a level though!
The routine is all laid out for me. Just a few minutes each day for my workouts and since they are like a dance party, they fly by! Then some delicious new recipes that give me the fuel I need and help melt away all the excess.
I know that with a little more focus and concentration, my results will be even better!
I’ve opened up enrollment for round 2 of our MeltSquad. I've also scored 2 more discount promo codes for extra savings! The last 3 went within the day though so you don't want to wait!
Are you ready to commit to slaying the end of summer and 2019? 🤩 To enjoy the journey and take control?!? I will give you all my tips, workouts, and nutrition plans. Send me a message and let's get this party started! 🥳
Here's breakfast, 12 grain bread with all natural crunchy nutt butter, Shakeology and water
So I stated the other day that I would start posting meals...so I actually remembered to do this before I ate it this time. 😉
The joys of weekend duties, Saturday clean house, wash and clean car, grocery shop, family, workout, visit friends...Done. Sunday wash dogs, meal prep, workout and family!
So I made it...days 15,16,17 all today...I can barely walk or get in a sitting position. This is the whole reach back to sit, fall and catch yourself feeling I had when I 1st started . Hahaha, but on the bright side of things my daughter told me she can see my muscles already forming and the bulge in my hamstrings....Yay,Getting my muscle on!!!!!😎
Going to knock out days 15,16 and 17, Wish me luck 💯
Fun family time, was suppose to be a group hug (my daughters idea)...see how that turned out
I can safely say after eating like I am suppose to breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner my body is feeling so much better. I have always been the type to grab something quick to eat for breakfast or a fruit smoothie if anything at all. Most of the time I would skip lunch and wait until dinner. Then I would of course feel my blood sugar drop numerous times throughout the day if not bottom out. Now that I am working out consistently I know I have to keep putting the nutrients back in that my body needs to make it and I have yet to have any blood sugar issues since I started taking better care of myself. I am thankful that just about everything I cook rather, breakfast, lunch or dinner my kids and husband love, for the couple of things they weren't fond of, I have been able to supplement. So far I think the only thing I have had trouble with kids eating is zucchini and squash. All in all they are my support team on what I am doing with this program and making it so easy to do. I still have time to do all my family duties and work a full time job. I love this!!!!!!🤪
I'm going to try to do better by posting pics and meals that we eat.
So as some of you know, I started my fitness and nutrition journey almost 2 weeks ago. I have decided to do this for many reasons. One, is to live a better and healthier life style, another is to feel better about myself, be more energetic and set a good example for my children. My goal is to put on weight, tone and build muscle again. My children are definitely keeping me motivated along with my Coach and the accountability groups. Just in the short time I have been doing this I already feel better. I had put this off for so long and kept telling my husband and children "I need to start working out again, I am going to start working out again". It was to the point that they were just like "yeah Ok babe/mom, we've heard that before". I started questioning myself wondering when and if I was ever going to get back in shape. When I came across my Coaches post, I spoke to her about it and just felt good about everything she told me, I couldn't help but feel like this is finally it, a whole community of people that have your back and will push and motivate you, so I signed up. Another goal is to take back my life and quit making excuses. We all as adults and/or parents know how crazy life can be between work, family and friends. It seems there is never enough time, not enough hours in a day, but if you can spare 25 to 30 minutes a day, you will not regret it. I do my exercises in the evenings around the same time everyday, but you make your own schedule. If you are interested in joining a group of men and women that will be there to guide and push you to make yourself better, you can like or comment and I will definitely reach out to you!
