This intentional planner started with my 14 day intentional living challenge. She had no prior knowledge on eating clean, exercising etc..
I get so overwhelmed with emotions when I get the before and after pics of my clients. The most exciting part is THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING FOR THIS INTENTIONAL PLANNER. We have goals set with solid plan to keep her progress flowing.

I am beyond excited to introduce “What’s the tea Wed?”
What’s the tea Wed is curated to create a positive space to talk about a range of topics.
What’s the tea Wed will be live every other Wed at 7pm. At the end of each live I will introduce a tea & give info on how that particular tea benefits the body & mind.
What’s the tea starts 01/13 @ 7pm. I can’t wait to have great conversations with positive & intentional individuals!

Intentional Living 14 day challenge did not only show tremendous change in the body but also the mind.
Mikayla stated that the daily affirmation worksheet alone help set the tone for her day. She stated she made a conscious effort to be intentional about about her thinking, drinking her water,food intake & more.
I am so proud of you! Thank you so much for trusting me to coach you for 14 days! Thank you for being coachable & thank you for asking questions. Continue to be intentional in every aspect of your life!

Wow, I am beyond proud of Deronda Mack She gave 110% to The 14 day Intentional Living Challenge. Her goal starting the challenge was to overcome the mental block that was standing between her and her physical goals.
She was already consistent with working out and eating clean but hit a plateau mentally. She struggled with overthinking, which in my opinion led to stress which hindered her from reaching her physical goal.
During the challenge I stressed the importance of the mental exercises that were included in the challenge. I know most think that the little things are so small that you can overlook them and still reach your goal but sadly that’s not the case. The small details set the foundation for reaching the bigger goal.
Thank you so much for trusting me & really tapping in. With now having more mental clarity & a clear path to your goal its only up from here. Words can’t explain how I am excited I am to lead you on this journey!

The past 6 to 8 months have been a roller coaster for so many people... including myself!
It has brought out the worst in me at times!
I found myself...
🔴 Slacking off on my workout plan
🔴 Eating way outside my normal nutrition
🔴 Not always sticking to my self care plan

Maurica started the 14 day Intentional Living Challenge just as a supportive relative. She was so anxious to help me bring my plan to life. When she started she was only focused on losing her stomach fat.
There is a 14 day gap between these photos.
When she started the challenge she was so nervous & discouraged because she had a lot going.
She hadn’t worked out in years. She was very unfocused but willing to try. She also felt like she wouldn’t see any type of results in 14 days.
The challenge began and she started to really tap in.
After the first three days she was complaining about soreness, but she did not give up.
Fast forward 14 days later. She has gained so much clarity on her mental & physical goals.
She has learned time management & formed better eating habits.
By the end of week one she was calling me nonstop in excitement. She was feeling so motivated.
Her energy was changing alone with her mindset when it came to her goals. Her mindset shifted tremendously. We focused HEAVILY on mindfulness and the weight loss became just a plus to the journey.
