Today will be a day I never forget. Today I solidified and professed my faith to the church through Baptism. I have been blessed with so many great people throughout my life, so many challenges and tribulations. Through it all I have been drawn closer and closer to God, it was time for me to take this step in my faith.

Workout Challenge: Squat Progression
Make sure not to just use your quads. Squeeze your glutes on your way up with every repetition!
If you want build up your strength and endurance this is the challenge for you!
Even if you have to decrease the number of repetitions (reps), but still progress in reps as the month goes on that is completely fine.

M-O-D-E-R-A-T-I-O-N!
Hate to break it to you guys but they all for the most part:
A.) put you in a calorie deficit
B.) Generally have you eating Whole Foods
C.) Have you track your calories/macros to some extent
They aren’t magic, and often you’re destroying your metabolism with how high of a calorie deficit you’re in.
Moral of the story, have the beer you want! Eat some pizza! Just make sure you maintain a large majority of balanced healthy foods.

All you’ll need is a single Dumbbell!
🔹Alternating DB Sn**ch 40 sec
🔹DB Plank Sn**ch R 40sec
🔹DB Plank Sn**ch L 40sec
🔹DB Pull Through Plank 40sec
Rest 20 seconds between each exercise and repeat until you’ve completed 4 rounds.

TIME TO PUT IN SOME ELBOW GREASE
Workout Challenge: Push-up Progression
Push-ups don't just work your arms. The primary mover during a push-up is your chest and secondary is your triceps (the back on your upper-arm).
If you want to be able to progress from only being able to do one push-up at a time or be able complete a full push-up progression this is the monthly challenge for you.
Even if you have to decrease the number of repetitions (reps), but still progress in reps as the month goes on that is completely fine.
