Started the morning with a dual. Finished the morning working on technique. The wrestlers are learning a lot and getting in a lot of reps.

It has been a great morning. The wrestlers reviewed leg riding and went through scenarios with legs. Coach Austin with Purler is making them work.

Great group of wrestlers wanting to get better. Summer workouts make winter champions.
