Meals 2 Shred The Fat!!!!!

Breakfast: Oatmeal and 2 eggs drizzled with honey

Post Breakfast Snack: Fruit

Lunch: 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup kidney beans, broccoli & 8 shrimp

Dinner: Huge salad with 50/50 blend of power greens, arugula and spinach, fresh cut fruit with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt

This is the breakfast of Champions!!!! It's called The Game Changer😈😈😈
20oz cup of Green Tea no sugar
1 cup of water
1/2 of Quaker Oats
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoon of honey

How To Cook
Place 1 cup of water in a small pot until boiling
Once boiling shake 1/2 cup of oats in water
Stir and turn down pot heat to a level 5 or medium
Keep stirring until it's just a little water left
Then stir in 2 uncooked eggs
Continue to stir until eggs are cooked in oats
Eggs should make oats thicker with a white, yellow and brown color
Place in a bowl drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of honey on top or your favorite fruit and enjoy

Thank me later!!!!!!

Breakfast: 3 eggs and 3 cups of spinach cooked with zero calorie PAM spray and Dave's Killer Bread Rocking Grains Muffins

Brunch: Protein Shake with 3 cups spinach, 1 banana, 2 scoops Vita Hustle Vanilla Bean Protein Powder and half of a water bottle

Lunch: 1/2 cup of white rice, 1/2 cup of red kidney beans, 2 cups raw spinach and 1/3 cup ground turkey

Snacks: apple and a halo

Dinner: Ground turkey, spinach and a mini crossissant

Dessert: Fruit Bowl

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 cups of spinach (cooked with 0 calorie PAM), 1 of Dave's Killer Bread Rocking Grains Organic English Muffins with 1 teaspoon of country crock plant butter

Post Breakfast Shake: 3 cups spinach, 1/2 cup of pineapple, 1/3 cup of blueberries, 2 scoops of Vanilla Bean Vita Hustle, and 1/2 cup of water

Lunch: Pasta bowl with 1/2 cup penne pasta, 2 cups spinach, 1/2 cup of ground turkey,

Snack 1: Apple

Snack 2: Halo

Dinner: it depends on what I am feeling, as you can see I have black beans cooked, chickpeas, white rice, romaine lettuce, I have potatoes, watermelon and blueberries.

So it just depends on what I want!

It's 95% what you eat and 5% exercise in my book!!!!

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1 cinnamon raisin English McMuffin and 3 cups of spinach (cooked with Pam butter spray 0 calories)

Post breakfast meal: protein shake, Chocolate vital Hustle plant based protein powder, 1 banana and 6 cups of spinach mixed with water

Lunch: Ground turkey, chickpeas, black beans, lettuce, brown rice (1/3 cup of each) and salsa (2oz)

Snacks: banana, 2 strawberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries and a halo

Dinner: Boiled turkey sausage, onions, bell peppers, watermelon and honey dew

Daily Water Consumption: 80oz of water or more🤗

I just had my second daughter Feb 21st by emergency cesarean section. I was 215 pounds at the end of my pregnancy and I am now 185. I have already lost 30 pounds just eating clean no working out. I am 10 weeks out and baby this weight is coming off. I am a personal trainer and nutritionist and I know what I am doing and talking about. As you can see after my first daughter I went from 240 pounds to 145 pounds, yes a whooping 95pound weight loss. So if you want help follow me and we can transform together. I am almost to my ultimate body goals! I feel amazing and encouraged!

When I started my fitness journey I was sick and tired of being over weight, out of shape and overall unhealthy. I started Dec. 31, 2019 and I never looked back!

I was 240pounds now I am 145! 95 pounds of fat completely gone forever! It has taken me much prayer, motivation videos, support from my husband and toddler and many days of frustration but I am still here! I am here stronger and fitter than I have ever been in my life! Lord I thank you for my New LYFE!
