Mountain biking in not just for the boy. NICA is a COED and they have what is called GRiT which stands for Girls Riding Together. The goal of Tennessee “Girls Riding Together” (GRiT) program is to empower female participants to reach their full potential, both on and off the bike. Watch the short video below!!

We’re a co-ed team for grades 6–12, built for all skill levels, whether they’ve never hit a trail or already love to ride.

Here’s what they’ll get:

✅ A strong, positive community of teammates
✅ A fun, active outlet (instead of more screen time)

No experience needed. No pressure. Just progress.

Open to students across the greater Memphis and Shelby County area.
