Bret got his first duck Friday morning & what a beauty it was. There’s nothing better than watching a mallard back pedaling in to the decoys on a snowy morning.

Allison got her a good funky deer a couple weeks ago. With her bagging this guy as her first Buck since 2018, it definitely deserves a celebration!

Tennessee Rut has been pretty good to us down at BFE. Ol’ Scotty was able to bring home one of our mature target bucks right in time for Thanksgiving dinner.

Opening morning of Tennessee Rifle season was a good one for Pretty Ricky! It was a good morning to be in the woods for sure, if you weren’t out there you really missed out.

Here’s to hoping the rest of the season goes as well as today did!

We cannot wait to hear all the hunting stories this weekend! From children harvesting their first deer, to the ones that don’t get a shot at the one they’ve been after, to the ones with their biggest buck yet, we love it all! I know we look forward to this weekend all year long, the look on not only each child’s face but also their adult hunting partners face is priceless when they pull up!

So many of you have chose to share an extremely special and memorable moment with your family, with us! We couldn’t be more thankful to be apart of it!

Who is ready for this weekend?!

There are a few things I believe in very strongly and one of them is getting kids into hunting. J&S Migrators Guide Service is looking to put on a big juvenile duck hunt in February for kids with lodging at our new West TN location. I would like to get in contact with kids that have had battles in life with Cancer and had to go through St Jude. Please contact me if you know anyone that is a parent of this and would like for us to take their kids hunting. It will be a 1 day hunt, arriving in on Friday , hunt Saturday with lodging Saturday night. We will have door prizes for all the kids over that weekend, s***t shooting for them in the afternoons , meals at the lodge and in the blind. I would like to take 20 kids on this hunt and its absolutely free of any charge. This hunt will take place the first weekend in February in Tennessee.
