Hey all!
I created this as a private page to share information with just you guys.
If any of this is beneficial and you want me to continue please like the post or comment. If by the end of the week I’m not getting any responses I’ll just pull this down and just put the time into the public ‘Fierce Fighter’s’ page. I want to put effort where it is most beneficial.

Don’t try to change everything at once. Pick one and do that for 2 weeks. Then pick another. Before you know it you have changed your eating habits. ❤️

Watermelon Ice Cream 🍉
8 c watermelon chopped and frozen
1/4 lemon juice
1 c water or milk (I use almond or oat milk)
Place all in blender. Put in a bag or bowl in the freezer and shake or stir occasionally. 😊

Hi!
Just sending a few snack ideas that also have protien. Some of these are ones I have sent before. These are great to keep on hand when you need something quick. These all come in different flavors and are really yummy!
The next post is a recipe for watermelon ice cream that is healthy, great vitamins and very rehydrating. 😊
