Trauma be triggering Trauma. So you know how if/when you cry to someone and you feel like they’ve weaponized your vulnerabilities against you.

You’ve experienced it before; you knowww what it feels like for your vulnerabilities to be exploited. Trauma.

But…

What ifffff their empathy for others’ emotions was weaponized against them?

So their reaction is actually also rooted in trauma.

Like the manipulation was thick enough to be believable; until they find out it wasn’t.

Now, there you are two people reacting to a familiar feeling. Trauma.

The feeling must hold validity right??! Because it FEELS real.
Doesn’t make it real. But there’s an appreciated to just FEEL.

& with that understanding, I apologize if our traumas ever collided with each others.

While I love with the best parts of me. Thank you for loving the parts of me that ain’t so loving. 🫰🏾 I’m Shedding.
