I’m getting my stitches and my 24 staples taken out next week . I hate missing work I love being a personal trainer helping people and staying on top of my game . But sometimes u have 2 take a break slow down rest recover heal .

Shout out 2 all the veterans I salute y’all .

October 2016 Las Vegas I was at my heaviest over 270 lbs . It’s crazy to look back and see how far I have gone . I’m now 201 lbs and different person happier healthier faster better rang of motion more flexible and just as strong . And very proud of myself for this accomplishment. I wanted it and with blood sweat tears I made it happen . Studied the game and now I’m teaching others how to reach there fitness goals I been there I understand u let’s get 2 work💯
