2019-2020 10u Big League Wildcats

As we are closing in on our first tournament many people do not understand the sacrifices that parents make so their child can be put in the best spot for them. I would like to thank all of the parents that have spoken to me the past two weeks and voiced their support for my coaching. Sometimes as a coach you become fixated on winning and not as much on growth and development. Every week these young men are getting better and better. I have saw growth both mentally and physically which is as a coach all I can ask for.

I may not be the best coach in the world but everyday I give everything to ensure these young men develop in a positive manner both mentally and physically.

Now I get it! Being a Dad and sacrificing is all worth it. Of course we can’t forget the moms too!
