The purpose is to promote participation in the sport of track and field through the organizations, operation and maintenance of a track and field program.
EDA Flyers Youth Track Club was organized in April 2016 by Dennis Alexander and Linda Mosley, both residents of Millington with experience in coaching youth sports in a response to a growing need in the community to offer a competitive youth track and field program as a feeder to local Middle School and High School track and field programs as well as offering athletes an opportunity to compete in

Happy Heavenly Birthday (EDA) Elijah Damon Alexander. Love you dearly son. However, your life and legacy lives on through the EDA Flyers Youth Track Team. Down through the years your name has been a sounding board as the team has tra eled from coast to coast competing in AAU Jr Olympic and Championships producing national, state, district and local champions. We may not have captured them all but are truly proud and blessed of how this program has grown and was able to help someone along the way. Lots have been successful and graduated from college. Some have become school teachers firemen, nurses, artists, engineers, and some just good productive citizens for us all to be proud of. Your name is highly respected and appreciated and we are grateful for every athlete, coach, executive staff, parent, donor, and competitor that has invested in the program. 10 years and counting. This past Saturday EDA was in action at Arthur Halle Stadium. The athletes did amazing. This weekend Jun 7th. We will be hosting the District Meet! Come out and support your favorite AAU Track Team!
