Tips for fast weight loss:
1. Eat portion-controlled, simple meals.
2. Avoid sauces and dressings
3. Monitor sodium intake- no more than 2,300mg, lower if you have high BP.
4. No fast food or packaged/processed food
5. Increase water intake (80-100 oz daily
6. Fasted walking 30-45 minutes daily
7. Avoid snacks and late night eating.
8. Fast from 6pm-12pm, or longer if you can.
9. Focus on protein and veggies. Avoid carbs this week.
10. Sleep 6-8 hours each night
