Invite your friends and join our exciting 4-week Bungee Fitness Challenge.
Teams of 6 to 9 will work with a dedicated coach and compete for the title of Bounce & Burn Champs.
Challenge Overview:
• Weeks 1 to 3: Teams will train together, mastering Level 1 bungee moves and building up to Level 2 skills, with their coach supporting them every step of the way.
• Teamwork: Support each other, celebrate your progress, and get stronger together as you improve your skills, strength, and endurance.
• Week 4: Celebration and Competition. The final week is full of excitement and friendly competition. Teams will show off their routines and try to impress the “judges” with their energy, technique, and teamwork.
