We're counting down to endless days just like these - who is ready for an ALL OUT summer on their Axis?

The T23 is a 23.5-foot traditional bow with picture-perfect wakes and waves that are clean no matter the conditions!

We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team since our Service Manager is being promoted to Dealership Manager. The salary range will vary by an applicant's experience and capabilities. We believe this position can be filled by one of two different types of applicants:

1) Entry level person looking to assist the current Service Manager and learn/ gain experience in the field.

(OR)

2) An experienced Service Writer with the capabilities of multi-tasking and replacing the current Service Manager entirely.

Non-negotiable qualifications:
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
​-Strong organizational skills
-Team player and self-starter
-Available to work Tuesdays-Saturdays

Responsibilities:
-Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
-Educate clients about the company’s services.
-Schedule appointments, make warranty claims, monitor service progress, and calculate charges.
-Manage complaints and resolve customer grievances.
-Record customer details and transactions.
-Serve as a customer relationship manager.
-Data input and paperwork filing.

Hey friends! We are looking to grow our service team. Are you energetic and enjoy working in the shop/outside? You may be 'the one'!

Applicants should be mechanically minded and enjoy working hard with their hands. Responsibilities include changing trailer tires, detailing boats, moving boats around the lot, and more. We need someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and is a self starter. We expect new hires to have a desire to learn and be willing to help out in every way possible. A common saying around here is, if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. We are more than willing to invest in a new hire to get them proper training when we know they are equally invested in us. We are really looking for someone who will add value to our team and is interested in sticking around for the long run. It's a bonus if you have experience with pulling trailers or are comfortable on a tractor.

We have a solid crew at the moment but know there's some busy times ahead of us going into the Spring. We work Tuesday- Saturday.
