One of my favorite parts about Florida life…… sunshine and paddle boarding/kayaking with the family in February!
We hope you had a very Merry Christmas and are preparing for a fun, and exciting New Year! 🎉
How many of you want an afternoon nap or regularly take a nap? Research shows that doing physical activity instead can help counteract the negative effects of too much sleep. Too much sleep slows down metabolism and can cause increases in potential medical issues.
Moral of this point: when you want to take a nap, go for a brisk 10-20 minute walk or some type of physical activity for your health

Tip of the day: Waking up early helps to generate your metabolism which burns calories! Try waking up 10 minutes earlier tomorrow.
What is your “why”? We all talk about finding your “why” or reasoning behind taking a new job or jumping into a new fad, but what is your “why” in regard to becoming or having a desire to be healthy and fit?
Do you not have enough time or do you not make time? We can all make time for something to happen. Make time to commit to yourself!
