They DO assist in recovery, and can feel really good in the process!⁠

But, an ACTIVE recovery is better than just a PASSIVE recovery. ⁠

🔥SHOULDER PAIN with reaching overhead or pressing?

➡️This is one of our favorite exercises to work that rotator cuff—

✅ It’s a great one to work up to for building strength and resilience to get back pain-free shoulder function.

TRUCK DRIVERS & JUMPING JACKS

📌Keep forearms vertical

📌Don’t arch your back

📌If you have pain as you go up, don’t go so high. If you can go higher, go higher.

📌Shoulder blade should be set back and not forward

🔑As you progress through the exercise, your forearm will want to lean forward— Don’t let it! Fight hard to keep it vertical.
