Curves is a fitness facility specially designed for women with a complete and total body workout with a coach all in just 30 minutes. We are passionate about educating women on the benefits of Strength Training and helping them reach their health & wellness goals. Curves has been strengthening women for 30 years this year.

Our club has been operating in Memphis for 20 years! We are an empowering service club, certified in many fitness industry areas such as; nutrition, specialty classes, & health & wellness education series courses. We are motivated to continue fitness education, provide a high level of personal service, and achieve the fitness goals set by our members. We are a STRONG community that stays connected with its members and have grown to be a family and include new members into it as they join us!

Stretching these muscles can improve flexibility, reduce pain and soreness, and increase circulation. Stretch to the point of tension and hold. Hold each stretch for at least 15 seconds. Breathe deeply. Avoid bouncing or excessive pulling.

Another woman living her best life. While this member does not want her identity shared on social media, she does want you to know she’s been an active, committed Curves member since 2006 (that’s 16 years folks) and that she considers herself a “senior”. She has recently experienced some health issues that have resulted in her having to modify the intensity she has been accustomed to, but as you can see from her photo she is still dedicated to working hard and living life to the fullest.
