Its your trainer at work again! todays session consisted of back/legs warmup pull ups wide 3 sets 12 reps/ 3 sets close 12 reps, workout lat pull downs front & back 3 sets 15 at 140 weight back rows 160 weight 3 sets 15 reps. stiff legs 3 sets 225 weight 15 reps, stationary cable lunges 3 sets 15 reps per side, Barbell stationary lunges 3 sets 225 weight on back 10 reps per leg. Go hard or go home/ To motivate and empower others I train the deticated.
