Frozen Pipe Tips:
🥶If you turn on a faucet and only a trickle comes out, suspect a frozen pipe. Likely places for frozen pipes include against exterior walls or where your water service enters your home through the foundation.
💧Keep the faucet open. As you treat the frozen pipe and the frozen area begins to melt, water will begin to flow through the frozen area. Running water through the pipe will help melt ice in the pipe.
⚡Apply heat to the section of pipe using an electric heating pad wrapped around the pipe, an electric hair dryer, a portable space heater (kept away from flammable materials and not left unattended), or by wrapping pipes with towels soaked in hot water. Do not use a blowtorch, kerosene or propane heater, charcoal stove, or other open flame devices. Do not leave space heaters unattended.
🔥Apply heat until full water pressure is restored. If you are unable to locate the frozen area, if the frozen area is not accessible, or if you cannot thaw the pipe, call us! 901.870.4675
💦Check all other faucets in your home to find out if you have additional frozen pipes. If one pipe freezes, others may freeze, too.

We are still at stand still with the roads. We attempted to put out trucks yesterday and ended up pulling them out. We service a broad area and many of the side roads are still awful. We do not want to risk anyone on our teams safety or anyone else on the road’s safety. We promise that we want to get you fixed up and as soon as the roads allow we will do so!
Please continue to call (901.870.4675) and get on the list and if you are unable to get through email us at [email protected] and we will get you down.
Thank y’all so very much! Please stay safe!
Thank you for all of the referrals and passing our name along throughout this frozen pipe craziness! We do not have trucks out on the road yet due road conditions still being unsafe for our employees. We are trying to get to everyone as quickly as we possibly can while still keeping our guys safe. Much like most of the South, we are not equipped for this kind of weather. My heart hurts for everyone that does not have water or power right now and we are ready to help just as soon as we can safely do so. We are steadily returning the many phone calls, text, and emails. Thank you for your patience and business.
