What would Holly do? Overton Park Boot Camp is a group led outside workout all year round. Bring a mat, dumbbells and water. We do cardio, weights and stretching.

We meet from 5:30A - 6:30A every MWF at Veteran's Plaza (if it's raining, we meet underneath the overhang at Memphis College of Art). This class is for all fitness levels, gender and adults. By doing your workout first thing in the morning, you are much less likely to skip it. You'll enjoy the results you'll see by attending a consistent workout. We have a great time and we all love adapting to the outdoor element.. whatever it may be. Contact Holly if you have any questions (901) 351-2475.
