I'M BACK!!
Who knew coaching 3 sports, getting married, and dealing with a pandemic would happen at the same time. I am officially training again and coaching as well. I am looking forward to posting on this page more. I am going to post fitness tips, videos, pictures and sharing articles to help you guys with your fitness journey. Can't wait to share with you guys.

Core exercises
Equipment: 1.Cones (or any object that can easily be picked up) 2. Mat 3. Yourself
1st exercise: Russian Twist w/cones
Explanation: Complete until there is only 1 cone to do on both sides
2nd exercise: Sit-ups w/cones
Explanation: Complete until all cones are in the middle and then place them back
3rd exercise: Sit-ups w/twist (cones)
Explanation: Complete until all cones are on one side then repeat for other side until one cone is left for both sides
