My four layer cinnamon roll snowflake was so loved last holiday season! ❄️ It’s fun to make and absolutely delicious. I used cinnamon roll dough for this, but you can take a shortcut with puff pastry. I have a full tutorial on my blog with tips on how to make it ahead and how to make it both with cinnamon roll dough and with puff pastry! Recipe Here 🔽🔽🔽🔽 8oz brie cheese puff pastry sheet red & green apple cinnamon honey one egg (egg wash) Heat oven to 400. Put your puff pastry on a baking sheet. Add slices of brie cheese in the middle with apple slices on top. Fold in the edges of your puff pastry sheet and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle on some cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown. Out of the oven drizzle on honey, more cinnamon and fresh thyme as a garnish. Cut and enjoy! SNICKERS OAT COOKIES 🤯 These will not last long! Plus they will make your kitchen smell amazing 😍 You’ll need: 1 ripe banana (mashed) ¼ cup organic peanut butter (or any nut butter) 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional) 1 cup rolled oats (I used sprouted, gluten-free) 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 1/3 cup chopped organic peanuts 1. In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter and maple syrup. 2. Stir in oats. 3. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. 4. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten (this batch made 6 cookies). Add more chips on top if desired. 5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 375F. 6.
