Before I started Glute Camp 10 years ago (2016), I was competing in the bodybuilding world for 3 years, mastering glute training to win shows in the bikini division. I started experimenting with myself with different movements that were non traditional, and eventually trained my clients that way too. They started to notice huge changes as did I with my own physique when it came to the glute muscles. That is ultimately what inspired me to create Glute Camp®️, the art & science of glute building.

Glute Camp®️led me to create the which paired greatly with the class & concept. We started traveling all over the teaching this class, as well as demoing at many expos up and down the east coast. After years of success, I decided to trademark the class back in 2019. When COVID hit, I had to move the class completely virtually. During my first pregnancy & postpartum, I taught Glute Camp without missing a beat. After moving to a new community & growing my family, I reintroduced Glute Camp classes in person. Trademarking Glute Camp®️establishes the brand & confirms the mission. I am looking forward to the possibilities & opportunities that come with this official honor.
