The Merrillville Pirate Wrestling Club is a non-profit competition club located in Northwest Indiana
Like the other area teams that play baseball, soccer, basketball and swimming, MPWC also travels to different locations within our own region and around the state to compete as individuals that are ALL part of a TEAM.

Congrats to Ethan Alvarez for his 7th place ALL-AMERICAN finish at the NHSCA Nationals!
After an early loss, he rallied off 7 straight wins on the backside of the bracket. In his 7th place match, he avenged his loss from earlier in the tournament! He finished the tournament 9-2 overall.

Due to Election Day, practice for Tue, Nov 4 will be cancelled. MPWC first practice will be Thursday, Nov 6. Same practice times to follow:
K-2nd grade: 6-7p
3rd-5th grade: 7-8:30p
Our high school girls will be in action that night for their first dual of the 25-26 season. They are facing Illiana Christian in the MHS Fieldhouse at 5:30p. Please come out and support our Lady Pirate wrestling team!

Open to all boys and girls, as well as other school districts.
We now offer 2 discounted early registration dates!
All registrations require a birth certificate and $100 deposit.
All athletes K-5 will gain free entry to our MPWC Folkstyle Open, with a rookie division for 0-1 years of wrestling.
Looking forward to seeing everyone, and hopefully new faces as well!
