You have BIG goals for 2022 📈
You’re bound and determined to make 2022 “Your Year” 🔥
What are you doing DAILY to move closer and closer to your goal? 🐌 ... 🐌... 🐌... 🏁
Are you patient ❓if not, your goals aren’t important enough.
Do you understand that it will take doing the small things everyday, consistently over a long period of time to achieve a BIG goal⁉️
You need to set little goals that you hit everyday in order to accomplish the BIG one.
A great football coach once told me “If you take care of the little things, the big things will take care of them selves.” -Bill Morgan
For example, if your BIG goal is to lose 50 pounds this year, your DGG need to look something like :
-exercise daily in some way shape or form.
-drink a gallon daily
-make a healthy food choice each time you eat.
-get 6+ hours of sleep
Do NOT expect it to be perfect everyday. It won’t be perfect and that’s totally ok. However, setting daily goals will help keep you on track. If you have one bad meal, your DGG will help you make the next meal healthy. If you miss a workout, your DGG will help your get back in the gym the next day. See it’s not about doing the right things every single day. It’s about doing the right thing 85% of the time. Consistency is the 🔑 to success.

I have had the pleasure of being a fitness professional for 10 years. I have had the ability to see why and how people accomplish their big goals. Among all of the tools, tactics, and plans that people follow, there is one common denominator among them all. It is "consistency."
I will always say that accomplishing your big goals is simply a compound effect of doing the little things on a consistent basis. By taking care of the little things, the big things will take care of themselves.
We know that many people, maybe including you, have a lot of motivation to start a new year. Maybe you want to get back on track with fitness, level up your business, or finally start that project. One thing that i have seen over the years is that the motivation comes, and then tends to fade. Every New Years resolution starts to sound the same as last years, and the year before that, and so on.
Jose Ibarra - Health & Fitness Coach and I have come together and created an amazing private facebook group just for you! This group will be going for the entire year of 2022. Q: Do i have to participate in the group or can i be a fly on the wall and soak up the info?
A: You can absolutely be a fly on the wall and soak it all up!

Are your training for your sport or are you aimlessly training hoping that any gained speed or strength will reflect in the game?
Yes you can get faster and stronger and be better at your sport. However, you are leaving so much talent and skill on the table by training this way.
Yes speed and strength are important, but training your body specifically for your sport will elevate you above everyone else.
Each sport has its own specific intricacies and training for those moments is what will help you break that tackle, avoid that hit, handle a puck or ball better, or change direction faster than anyone out there. It’s the little movements and skills that make players great.
Are you training for your specific sport or are you just training?
This goes for life as well. If you aren’t an athlete wearing a jersey, you are an athlete in life. Taking out the trash, playing with your kids, putting up holiday decorations, moving furniture, or bringing in groceries (because we all know it’s one trip or no trips).
You have to be strong for life because if not, any one of these daily tasks can cause injury that usually goes untreated because you have a “it’s fine I’m just getting old” mindset. This turns into chronic daily pain that you try to learn live with and becomes “normal”.
Pain is not normal. Just because you’re getting older in years does not mean that your body has to age as fast.
God willing we are all going to get old. How you take care of your body will determine the quality of life you have barring any uncontrollable circumstances.
Set your ego aside. Train specifically 🎯

Getting good at this sport is NO JOKE. It is a major grind and sometimes you have to take steps back to move forward again. That’s the beauty of it. The reward means nothing if the path wasn’t a challenge. You have to continue chasing greatness and when you think you’ve made it, a whole new level will appear.

I know so many veterans, all who are very humble and do not like taking credit for our freedom. However, without your sacrifice, we would not be blessed to live in a free country. Without you and the rest of the brave men and women who have and are currently serving, the United States would not exist.
So for all of the freedoms that we take for granted every single day, and for everything that you have sacrificed in your life, thank you 🙏 🇺🇸
This is true in every aspect of life 💯
Whether you are wanting to change careers, start your own business, finally lose that weight, or any other challenges that life will throw at you, all challenges can be overcome by mental strength.
Now, this does not mean that you will win every challenge. In fact, you will actually lose more than you win. That is why getting right in your own head is key. It’s easy to be right when you’re winning, but it’s how you treat a loss that will define how successful you will be.
When you lose, do you let it discourage you or empower you? The strength of your mind will determine that.
When you want to take a risk, does your fear of failure cripple you, or does the view of an upcoming challenge drive you? The strength of your mind will determine that.
When life kicks you in the teeth and it seems like nothing is going your way, do you fold and start to assign blame, or do you put your foot down and regain control of your surroundings and force the tides to turn in your favor? The strength of your mind will determine that.
Behind every weak mind is the fear of failure, which creates an excuse for the inevitable failure so that it can be justified and the persons ego can be protected. Behind every strong mind is the courage, and really the expectation, to fail over and over until you succeed.
Here are ways that I strengthen my mind daily. I started to reprogram my mind to not only win, but to view a loss in a positive way so that I keep moving forward. I understand that losses will happen and that if I’m failing, it just means that I’m doing. Failing happens along the road to success and if you aren’t failing, then you aren’t doing.
