We are active in our self worth, connection with others, we focus on our life's calling and pursuit of a well-balanced physical, mental, spiritual, social, and supportive life. Having gone through mental health struggles, addiction, depression, and anxiety being 75 pounds over my ideal weight (happy) I have learned to realize that everything starts in the mind and is facilitated by a desire to change, having a support system to encourage and drive us through the hard times, and compassion/grace for ourselves. Proverbs 23:7 "For as he thinks in his heart, so is he." I can promise growth is possible! It starts with 3 things, knowledge about the things we desire, faith that change is possible and lastly applying action in our life. Lose weight, get fit, take control of your life, and allow yourself to pursue things you really care about. Create an internal change and transformation through discipline, accountability, routine, and get an external transformation. Fuel your body through nutrition, move more, and experience the Freedom Fitness course. Our plan is 3 fold, ultimately training the mind to think a certain way. Learn about the core problem, believe it is possible to change, and then put in the action to get to our goals. Consistency is key, one moment, one day, and one week at a time. This is a life long process and we must be willing to accept that, and know that life really does go on no matter the choices we make. We are not in this alone but we are meant for connection and true outcomes are developed with consistency and vigor.

My proof is backed by my own weight loss journey and mental health recovery having overcome addiction and lost 75lbs. My fitness experience includes collegiate football, Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, coaching corporate wellness clients, 24 Hour Fitness personal training, group fitness instructor, football coach and training substance abuse clients. Just IN Fitness is an experiential program. Results are based on a desire to change and willingness to maintain that mindset. Let's talk roadblocks! Is anyone lacking motivation at times to reach their goals in fitness?
Don't worry you are not alone, this can happen from time to time and has happened to me too. What I have found is that motivation can come from inside meaning you have a strong desire to accomplish your goal or we need outside motivations things that can drive us to accomplish a task.
Set some goals for yourself and rewards today so that when you accomplish your fitness task you can reap the benefits. Remember that you ARE worth it!

Have you ever hid your eating habits? Have you felt guilt and shame around your eating?
This is what is called dieting Tierney It's a vicious cycle- Wake up want to lose weight, eat good a few days, fail diet, feel bad, gain weight and start cycle over again.
These are symptoms of addictions where we lie to others and ourselves doing it unconsciously over and over again.

One of the biggest myths in weight loss is that exercise alone will get the results.
Contrary to what some think this is a huge mistake! Diet/nutrition is the most important aspect of weight loss. Nutrition and exercise combined offer the best results!

Are there any believers out there that want to connect? I am curious how anyone has intertwined their faith and their weight loss Journey?
A year ago I was almost 70 pounds over weight and I managed to lose 45 pounds so far. Initially I could not fix my issue but once I looked at my mindset and spirituality and habits I was able to start losing weight.
