Glen Tee Golf Club

Glen Tee Golf Club Glen Tee Golf Club is a "come one - come all" group of golfers that play a monthly tournament anywhe The 1st 2 day tournament was held at Pala Mesa in 1982.

Glen Tee golf Club was formed in 1981 by a few members of a Downey social club during a meeting at the Toby Mug in La Mirada. The founding members were Rick Fenton, Bob Grebe, Bob Jenkins (all deceased since) and Pat Anderson. Rick Fenton suggested the club name based on a Scottish Glen Club. The concept in forming the club was to promote camaraderie among the members and have some fun playing golf. Pat Anderson remained Tournament Director until his retirement. The original membership consisted of about 12 men and their 1st outing was at Mountain View Golf Course.
